Welcome, I'm so glad you're here.
Life’s most difficult transitions can feel overwhelming, confusing, lonely, and exhausting. Grief may follow the death of someone you love, but it can also appear through illness, caregiving, divorce, family changes, changes in identity, the loss of a role or relationship, or a future that no longer looks the way you expected.
At Seasons of Grief, you’ll find compassionate, non-judgmental support, practical education, and guidance for the questions, emotions, and decisions that can feel difficult to navigate alone. Whether you are grieving, caregiving, planning ahead, facing end of life, or adjusting to a major life change, support is available for the season you are in.
I support people who are:
Grieving the death
of someone they love
Living with a serious illness
Caring for someone they love
Planning ahead
Navigating a major life transition

Life Happens in Seasons
Life doesn't move in a straight line, and neither does grief.
Like the changing seasons, we experience times of growth, joy, transition, uncertainty, loss, and healing. We don't move through them in order, and we often revisit them throughout our lives.
At Seasons of Grief, I provide education, planning, and compassionate support through every season of life's most meaningful transitions.
Hi, I'm Nicole.
It's nice to meet you.
I'm a Certified Grief Educator, End-of-Life Doula, Grief Coach, and Thanatology student. Thanatology is the study of death, dying, and grief.
My passion for this work is rooted in both education and lived experience. I've experienced grief in many forms throughout my life - from sudden and traumatic loss and death by suicide to long illnesses, anticipatory grief, caregiving, and life-changing transitions. Those experiences have shown me that grief is never one-size-fits-all, and neither is the support people need.
Whether you're planning ahead, caring for someone you love, navigating the end of life, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a major life transition, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, education, and practical guidance.
You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes you just need someone who understands, can help you make sense of what's happening, and can support you through whatever season you're in.
Preparation doesn't change the outcome.
It changes the experience.
Grief is love, adjustment, memory, pain, change, and meaning all tangled together.
Here, you won't be rushed, judged, or expected to have all the answers. Whether you're planning ahead, caring for someone you love, or grieving a loss, you'll find compassionate support, practical guidance, and a safe place to navigate life's most difficult transitions.
